I was last here in 2016 so things may have changed since then. I ordered a large iced coffee, plain black, no cream or sugar added. Atmosphere: Nice, relaxed. The sofas look comfortable. Coffee: Too much ice, actual fluid volume equivalent to a tall at Starbucks. Flavor and aroma were pleasant, not over-roasted. Unmemorable though; if anything, slightly on the weak side. Service: Absolutely terrible. I was a bit surprised by the "What do you want?" when I approached the counter. Two unpleasant girls; one of whom was complaining in a very 'fed up with everything' voice, seemingly annoyed by the fact that she had to make a coffee. I had a gut feeling that employee theft was an issue at this coffee shop. I didn't feel comfortable or welcome here so I took my coffee to go. It was my first and last visit to New Grounds.

People seem to order the buckeye a lot. I had a vanilla latte and it was delicious. Quiet and plenty of space for studying, lounging. They have a drive thru if you want your coffee fix to go. Friendly staff. Would visit again.

Cozy and quite place. I got their hot buckeyes latte, loved it. Specially the crema tasted amazing. My friend got a mango bubble tea which was mediocre though. Coffee cake was super soft with a slight cinnamon touch, just the way it is supposed to be. Employees could be more welcoming, when it’s literally nobody else for the customers except us.
